Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly organized and dedicated Special Education Case Manager to provide comprehensive support and management for students with special needs within our educational institution. The successful candidate will collaborate closely with teachers, parents, and other professionals to ensure the provision of appropriate services and accommodations for students with disabilities. The Special Education Case Manager will play a crucial role in creating and implementing individualized education plans (IEPs) and monitoring student progress.

Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with teachers, administrators, and parents to identify students with special needs and develop appropriate intervention plans.
- Conduct comprehensive assessments to determine students' specific learning needs and disabilities.
- Analyze assessment results and develop individualized education plans (IEPs) in accordance with state and federal regulations.
- Coordinate and facilitate IEP meetings, ensuring all relevant stakeholders are involved and informed.
- Provide ongoing support and guidance to teachers and parents in implementing IEPs and accommodations.
- Monitor student progress regularly, collect data, and make necessary adjustments to intervention plans as needed.
- Collaborate with teachers to develop and implement differentiated instruction strategies to meet students' diverse learning needs.
- Coordinate and facilitate the provision of related services, such as speech therapy, occupational therapy, and counseling.
- Serve as a resource for teachers and staff on best practices for supporting students with special needs in the classroom.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of student assessments, IEPs, progress reports, and other relevant documentation.
- Stay updated on current laws, regulations, and best practices related to special education, ensuring compliance at all times.
- Collaborate with outside agencies and community resources to provide additional support and services for students as needed.
- Foster positive and productive relationships with students, parents, teachers, and other professionals to ensure a collaborative and inclusive educational environment.

Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Special Education or a related field (Master's degree preferred).
- Valid state certification or licensure in Special Education.
- Proven experience as a Special Education Teacher or Case Manager in a school setting.
- In-depth knowledge of special education laws, regulations, and best practices.
- Strong understanding of various disabilities and their impact on learning and behavior.
- Ability to conduct comprehensive assessments and develop appropriate intervention plans.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively collaborate with various stakeholders.
- Exceptional organizational skills to manage multiple caseloads and deadlines.
- Proficient in using technology and educational software to support student learning.
- Ability to analyze data and make data-driven decisions to inform instruction and intervention plans.
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to adapt interventions to meet changing student needs.
- Demonstrated ability to work independently and as part of a team.
